„Do-How“ arises in day-to-day workflows by self-directed learning and reflection. Besides social learning (exchange among peers) and supported learning such as training courses, workshops and webinars are important. We consider this in our 70-20-10 blended learning approach:

+ praxis and experience on the job are about 70%,

+ self-reflection, exchange with colleagues 20% and

+ traditional know-how training accounts for  10%.
