For my clients and myself emotional Intelligence is the inexhaustible fuel for change and self-development. It stimulates self-motivation being key source for oustanding performance.

The focus of my job is always the person as an individual, or in a team, and their involvement in the change processes. As a mediator I provide support in conflict situations.

I always enjoy facilitating and supporting complex transition processes with (inter) national and intercultural aspects.

I gained my practical work experience as a Managing Partner in a global Audit and Consulting Company and in Top Management positions in over 50 countries across the world.

I am founder of zwei2eins and a well-known expert for strategy development, change management, leadership development and health. I am TÜV certified occupational health and risk manager.

I operate in German, English and Spanish.
